Notification • For the mentioned service. • Not transferable to any other service or person. • Please arrive in the hotel lobby 15 minutes before the scheduled for departure. • Due to bad weather or sea conditions the tour may be postponed or cancelled with a full refund. • You can cancel your booking 2 days prior to your scheduled date of departure and receive a refund for cost of the tour.

Pickup Information

• You can also get picked up from anywhere in Krabi. • Free hotel pick up is available for Krabi town, Ao Nang, Klong Muang and Tub Kaek. Guests at Railay Beach should meet at the boat ticket office at Ao Nam Mao Pier (15 minutes from Railay East), guests at Ton Sai should meet at the Phra Nang Inn reception in Ao Nang, and guests at Centara Grand Beach Resort are requested to use the hotel’s shuttle boat to Nopparat Thara Pier in Ao Nang. • Please plan to meet your driver at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after we have moved from your hotel, you may be considered a no-shows
