Check Your Ticket - Jazz Cruises are Aboard the Steamboat NATCHEZ or Riverboat CITY of NEW ORLEANS We recommend you arrive at 10:45am for the 11am boarding and 1:45pm for the 2pm boarding. Please display your barcoded voucher as your ticket 15 minutes prior to your scheduled boarding time. Our hosts will be stationed outside the vessel to greet guests and scan tickets prior to boarding. If you have any questions, please contact us by email at tours@glnosc.com or by phone at (504) 569-1401. **Important for Groups of 10+** Parties of 10 or more guests require physical tickets for boarding. Please check in with our Lighthouse Ticket Office prior to boarding to receive your tickets. Please allow extra time for check-in. In order to help preserve the French Quarter from vehicular traffic, it is requested that you please walk, if possible, to the convenient tour departure point - just a short stroll from most downtown hotels. Confirmation will be received at time of booking. We cruise rain or shine. Cruises are suitable for wheelchairs. Infant rates apply provided they do not occupy a seat. Owner reserve the right to substitute a similar vessel should the Steamboat NATCHEZ or Riverboat CITY of NEW ORLEANS become unavailable.
