Meeting and Pickup
Use "San Juan Bay Marina" on Google Maps for directions. Once at the marina, head to slip A72 past the blue roof on the main dock. Guest are required to check-in at the boat at least 20min before departure time or may not be allowed to board. Full details on your confirmation email.
Redemption Instructions
• IMPORTANT!! MUST READ THE FOLLOWING DIRECTIONS AND CLAUSE: Departure point is San Juan Bay Marina. Use this name for Uber or Google Maps for driving directions. https://maps.app.goo.gl/8d2w26o1d7wyw47S9 There is free parking at the marina. Sizzler Restaurant is in the same location. If you see 2 food trucks (Acai Express & Burrillos) at the parking lot you are in the right place. To the right of the food trucks there is a green gate which is the main entrance. - Be sure to time your arrival at least 30min before departure. We leave the dock very sharp on time as a consideration to all guests that arrive on time. Late arrival after boat leaves will not be entitled to refunds. This is a VERY STRICT policy with no flexibility. We are not responsible for third party transportation providers delays or traffic issues. Plan to leave your hotel or current point with time in advance. -Once you arrive, you need to identify with the security guard and tell them you are going on a sail on Ohana 2. Look for the green pedestrian gate just beside 2 food trucks in the parking lot that leads to the boatyard. Use the intercom and tell them you are going to the sail on Ohana. Once you enter the green gate, about 50 feet up on your left there is a wooden ramp that says “Entrance”. Keep walking all the way until you reach the end and see a white gate that leads to the main dock extending over the water. Wait there by the shade and the crew will come find you. We will pick everybody up about 10 minutes before set departure time. Once we pick up and move in through the gate to the boat, we can’t guarantee that you will be able to get through if you arrive less than 10 minutes to departure time as the crew will be busy boarding and doing the safety briefing to depart sharp on time. -We provide drinks in moderation. No snacks but you are welcome to bring along your own. *No shoes allowed on board. You will be asked to take them off to board and they will be stored on the boat.
