For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• Bring - Comfortable clothing & shoes and your camera • Reconfirm you exact pick up time with our Operations Dept the day before. We are open daily from 6am thru 12 midnight Hotel pickups commence prior to this time, you must contact the local service provider to verify your exact pickup time. Times are subject to change due to local traffic conditions.

Pickup Information

We will pick up all travellers at the different Hotels, Hostels, guesthouses, B&B, Residential areas , central park of each city (San Jose- Alajuela and Heredia)
