1. South Lake Tahoe

Kayaking the lake at dusk is always a magical experience. Imagine yourself gliding across the clear waters of Lake Tahoe as they change from emerald blue to pink and purple. As you look up into the sky, you will see the sun slowly sinking behind the majestic peaks of Emerald Bay and Desolation Wilderness. This is one unforgettable experience you will not want to miss. Tour start times vary as the days get shorter. We aim to launch this tour 2 hours before sunset.

2. Lake Tahoe

Sunset is one of the most beautiful times to of day to experience Lake Tahoe. On our Sunset Kayak Tour you will head out onto the Tahoe's crystal clear waters with an experienced guide, who will teach you basic paddling skills, and tell you about the history and ecology of our unique environment here at 6200' in elevation. Our launch spot at Lakeview Commons is a great starting point to access the beautiful wildlife refuge of the Upper Truckee River and Secret Beach, as well as sweeping views of Tahoe's tallest mountain peaks.
