A certified sommelier walks you through Sant Antoni, a genuine local neighbourhood the tour buses skip, pairing four artisan Spanish wines with seven creative tapas, 11 tastings in all, across three unhurried, seated stops at family run restaurants. You taste your way from a cava to a bold Rioja red, and learn exactly why each pairing works. Because the sommelier chooses around the season and what is best that week, no two tours are quite the same. You will leave with a personal list of bars and restaurants for the rest of your trip, and lunch or dinner already taken care of.
