We will send your Official E-Tickets (QR Codes) directly to your email and platform messages within 7 days before your scheduled visit. 2. Please provide your email address. We will send the e-ticket to your email after the reservation. You must download and present those Official E-Tickets at the gates for admission. 3. Please use this e-ticket to redeem a physical ticket. If you don't receive the email, please check your spam folder. Redeem address: Wild Tour Gate (On the opposite side of Lotte World Main Gate(B1F)) Monday-Sunday: 10:00-18:00
