- This tour runs in two parts. Guests turned away for inappropriate dress cannot be refunded. - Expect a brief security check at site entrances. A short wait may be possible depending on visitor volume. - Wear comfortable shoes for the palace galleries. - Guests who do not arrive on time cannot be accommodated. Missed tours and tickets are non-refundable. - Itinerary order may vary based on ticketing times. - These tours are not accessible for wheelchair users, guests with mobility impairments, or strollers. - TTG reserves the right to alter itineraries due to safety, restoration, weather, or maintenance. - A €5 Venice day access fee may apply if you are visiting from outside the city.
