Redemption Instructions

Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email or message detailing: Your scheduled pick-up time and address Vehicle type assigned Chauffeur contact information (provided 12–24 hours prior to service) Please review all details. If any changes are needed, contact us at least 12 hours in advance. Pick-Up Instructions Your chauffeur will pick you up from the confirmed address - Hotel pick-ups: Wait in the lobby or valet area. Residence/vacation rentals: Wait at the main entrance. Upon arrival, your driver will drop you off at the main entrance or a requested area of the mall (e.g., Colonnade Outlets) You are free to explore, shop, and dine at your leisure. Most clients spend between 5 to 8 hours at the mall. Your return pick-up will be pre-scheduled based on your preferred timeframe. If you wish to adjust your return time, please contact our office or your driver as early as possible. Additional wait time or extended service is subject to vehicle and driver availability.
