To avoid inconvenience, please check the official guidelines and complete the required registration in advance: https://cda.ve.it/en/ • Due to St. Mark's Basilica security regulations, a passport or valid ID document is mandatory to join this tour. Guests without valid identification will be denied entry. • Additional security measures may be in place at some venues, which could cause delays during entry. Large bags, backpacks, and bulky items are not permitted. St. Mark’s Basilica specifically prohibits large bags, umbrellas, and tripods; these must be stored off-site and may result in missing part of the tour. • Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated, and missed tours are non-refundable. • For assistance with meeting points or urgent issues, please call +39 06 8336 0561. • Your guide will be holding a City Wonders flag or sign for easy recognition. • This tour involves a fair amount of walking; comfortable shoes are recommended. • Unfortunately, this tour is not suitable for guests with wheelchairs, mobility impairments requiring special assistance, strollers, or baby carriages. • Please note that entry to St. Mark’s Basilica is subject to a strict dress code. Guests must ensure that their shoulders and knees are covered. Visitors who do not comply with these requirements may be refused entry. • At Doge’s Palace, suitcases, trolleys, and bulky luggage (exceeding 1 linear meter total dimensions) are not permitted. Smaller bulky items, backpacks, umbrellas, and other restricted objects must be left in the cloakroom if required by security. • Gratuities to guides providing excellent service are appreciated.
