Meeting and Pickup

Redemption Instructions

• It is the responsibility of all visitors to be at the meeting point 20 minutes before departure. Guests arriving after departure cannot be accommodated & missed tours or tickets cannot be refunded. • Our City Wonders representative will be holding a City Wonders tour sign to be easily recognizable at the meeting point. • Most guests will not be required to have a Visa to enter Switzerland; a passport will be enough to enter the Country. Please check this website (https://www.sem.admin.ch/sem/en/home/publiservice/weisungen-kreisschreiben/visa/liste1_staatsangehoerigkeit.html) for more information, and to determine if you may need a Visa (choose your country by selecting the first letter i.e “U” for United States. • Don’t forget to bring your passport or ID card, as we will be crossing the border into Switzerland. • Please note that infants do not have a reserved seat on the bus. • We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests with wheelchairs or any impairments requiring special assistance. We are also unable to accommodate strollers or baby carriages on our tours. • This tour involves a fair amount of walking; comfortable shoes are recommended. • Luggage and large bags are not allowed on our tours. • City Wonders is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost or damaged. Guests should ensure they keep track of their items throughout the entire duration of the tour. Please note that any additional shipping costs related to retrieved items will not be covered by City Wonders. • Please note that itineraries may be adjusted or operated in a different order due to operational requirements, traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. All scheduled highlights will be included whenever possible to ensure the best possible experience. • Gratuities for your guide/driver that provided excellent service are appreciated!
