Your guide will be in Piazza San Marco at number 145. The exact location is under the arcade, under the blue clock tower. Next to the meeting place you'll see a money change. The guide will be at the meeting point holding a yellow sign with "TOUR" written on it.
Redemption Instructions
- Meeting point Information: we kindly ask you to arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes in advance to ensure the timely departure of the tour. Please note that we will not contact you if you are not at the meeting point at the specified time or if you are late. In case of a no-show at the beginning of the activity, it will not be possible to join the group later, and no refund will be provided. - In case of delay: contact the emergency number +393274674179 - Please remember that you have to follow a precise dress code for the Basilica entrance: shoulders, knees and thighs need to be covered so please avoid short dresses, tank tops, shorts and hats (for men). It is not allowed to enter with large bags, animals, weapons, lighters and scissors. - Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to St.Mark’s Basilica
