For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• Minimum number of 4 applies. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund. • Please confirm your hotel pick up and time.  • Please advise of any allergies for the included lunch; sandwich choices include Ham & Cheese, Roast Beef, Veggie, or Turkey. Gluten free available on request for no extra cost.  Hotel pickups commence approximately 30 - 60 minutes prior to this time, exact pickup time will be advised on reconfirmation.

Pickup Information

Meet in bus parking lot behind Mount Royal Hotel (corner of Caribou and Beaver Street). Meeting time is 8:20am. Look for white high roof van.
