1. Semenggoh Wildlife Centre
Experience one of Borneo’s most memorable wildlife encounters at the Semenggoh Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre. Home to over 20 semi-wild orangutans, the center offers a rare chance to watch these remarkable primates return from the surrounding forest for scheduled feedings in a natural outdoor setting. Rangers will brief you on the center’s conservation mission, while your guide helps spot any orangutans visible along the forest trail. 2. Annah Rais Longhouse Adventure
After the orangutan encounter, enjoy a scenic 45 minutes drive through the beautiful Sarawak countryside to the Annah Rais Longhouse. With your guide, discover the rich culture of the Bidayuh (Land Dayak) people, once known as skilled headhunters, and learn about their unique architecture, farming traditions, and remarkable use of bamboo.
