Meeting and Pickup
Our tours meet at our Alexanderplatz shop at the base of the TV Tower (Panoramastr. 1a). You can find us on the North side of the tower between Doughnut Time and the Alex Restaurant.
Redemption Instructions
Check-in for your tour with our on-site staff. Waiver Required Before Arrival. Download the Unlimited Biking app and create an account. Tap Reservation Finder and enter your reservation number and reservation date to link it to your account. Enter your contact details, sign the waiver, and add a payment card. Completing the waiver qualifies you for Fast Track service, allowing priority check-in at the store. If you experience any issues, email sales@unlimitedbiking.com with a screenshot of the problem.
