Pickup Information

We will send you a message prior to your activity to coordinate the pick-up point and schedule. Please be on location 5 to 10 minutes before pick up. If they are not at the meeting point within the agreed time, the transport option will be forfeited and they must arrive at the meeting point of the activity (Bay of Chileno) by another means, at their own expense. Maximum waiting time after the set time: 5 minutes. For hotels located outside the area, service may be offered at an additional cost. Please contact us for more information.
