Redemption Instructions

Important to note for travel: The vessel pictured may differ due to scheduled maintenance (July 27th - 18th October 2025). On arrival, please check-in to Quicksilver’s office by 8am at the Port Douglas Marina to receive your boarding passes. Boarding commences at 8:15am, vessel departs strictly at 8:30am. • Scuba Diving: After a single dive, a wait of 12 hours is recommended before flying (or ascending higher than 300m). If doing multiple dives, a wait of 24 hours is recommended. All participants will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to diving. Some pre-existing medical conditions (eg asthma, heart conditions, etc) may prevent you from diving, please consult your doctor • Evidence of dive certification is required from all divers wishing to participate in a certified dive • Minimum age for all diving activities is 12 years. Surcharge: Due to significant volatility in fuel supply and operational costs, a surcharge will apply and be collected at check-in on the day of travel (Adult - $10 AUD, Child - $5 AUD). What to Bring: • Cash for drinks at the bar • Swimming costume and a beach towel • Hat, sunscreen and a shirt for sun protection • Your camera or video camera. Digital underwater cameras available for hire. Please note drones are not permitted.

Pickup Information

Check-in is required by 8am. Cruise departs from the Reef Marina Port Douglas at 8:30am. Hotel pickups commence from 7am
