MEETING POINT DESCRIPTION: 24 State Street is also known as One Battery Park Plaza. The tour guide wearing a yellow uniform will meet you on the plaza outside Starbucks. Do not enter Battery Park. Do not go to the Statue of Liberty ticket booth as they will not have your tickets. VOUCHER INFORMATION: This voucher is your ticket for the tour, but not your ticket for the Statue of Liberty ferry. Please aim to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time as parking and transportation can cause delays. Tours depart on time and cannot be held for latecomers If you need to reschedule your booking within 24-hours of departure, please call the local operator (Attractions4Us) at +1 212 512 0515. Call center hours (EST) are Daily 9.00AM - 5.00PM; Emergency Hours 5.00PM - 8.00PM. There is a $30 per person rescheduling fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability. There are no refunds. The "Ferry Will Call" window does not have your Statue of Liberty tickets or reservations; only your guide does. If you chose the upgrade to include 9/11 Museum entry, your ticket will be emailed to you the day before your tour from reservations@attractions4us.com.
