24 State Street is also known as One Battery Park Plaza. The tour guide wearing a yellow uniform will meet you on the plaza outside Starbucks. Do not enter Battery Park. Do not go to the Statue of Liberty ticket booth as they will not have your tickets.
Redemption Instructions
Meeting Point Description: Please meet tour guide in front of 24 State Street in front of Starbucks. Do not go into the park, do not go to the ticket window of the Statue of Liberty they will not have your tickets. Check in begins 15 minutes prior to you departure time. Voucher Information: - This voucher is your ticket for the tour, but not your ticket for the Statue of Liberty ferry. - Please aim to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time as parking and transportation can cause delays. - Tours depart on time and cannot be held for latecomers - If you need to reschedule your booking within 24 hours of departure, please call local partner, Attractions4Us, at +1 212 512 0515. Call center hours (EST) are Daily 9.00AM - 5.00PM; Emergency Hours 5.00PM - 8.00PM. There is a $30 per person rescheduling fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability. There are no refunds. - The "Ferry Will Call" window does not have your tickets or reservations; only your guide does.
