This voucher is your ticket for the tour, but not your ticket for the Statue of Liberty ferry. Please aim to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time as parking and transportation can cause delays. Tours depart on time and cannot be held for latecomers If you need to reschedule your booking within 24-hours of departure, please call the local operator (Attractions4Us) at +1 212 512 0515. Call center hours (EST) are Daily 9.00AM - 5.00PM; Emergency Hours 5.00PM - 8.00PM. There is a $30 per person rescheduling fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability. There are no refunds. The "Ferry Will Call" window does not have your tickets or reservations; only your guide does. Pick up your audio guide at the National Park “Audio Tour Pick-Up Here” desk upon arrival at Liberty Island. Pick up your audio guide for the Ellis Island Immigration Museum at the customer service desk inside the museum once you are on Ellis Island.
