Meeting and Pickup
The boat is docked behind the building at Pier 36 and can be accessed by walking round the North End of the building - near the Fire Department. The boat, operated by “NY Skyline”, can be found at Slip 6. Check in with the NY Skyline Staff who will be wearing red “NY Skyline” shirts
Redemption Instructions
• Please aim to arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time as parking and transportation can cause delays. Check-in closes 5 minutes before the scheduled departure time. • Cruises depart on time and cannot be held for latecomers • If you need to reschedule your booking within 24-hours of departure, please call the local operator (Attractions4Us) at +1 212 512 0515. Call center hours (EST) are Monday-Friday 8.30AM - 7.30PM; Weekends & Holidays 8.30AM - 8.30PM • There is a $15 per person rescheduling fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability • There are no refunds
