Overview
With tales of gruesome accidents, the perilous world of whiskey-making, and the explosive War of 1812, you’ll quickly see why the area is known as one of Toronto’s most haunted spots. Join us as we stroll along the cobblestone streets of the historic Distillery District and area by lantern light on this outdoor tour.
Meeting and Pickup
We start the tour from just inside the front gates of the Distillery District (55 Mill Street). At the departure time, your cloaked tour guide will appear to greet your group.

Itinerary
1. We spend the majority of the tour wandering the cobblestone streets of the Distillery District.
2. The Young Centre for the Performing Arts is a theatre in the Distillery District in downtown Toronto, Canada. It is a brand-new theatre built into 19th-century-era Victorian industrial buildings. It is home to the Soulpepper Theatre Company and the theatre school at George Brown College.
3. Independent theatre focusing on training & youth projects in a former distillery building.
4. The brewery was founded in December 2002 in Toronto by Steve Abrams, Jeff Cooper and Michael Duggan. It was named after its original location at 55 Mill Street in the historic Distillery District, the former industrial complex occupied by spirits maker Gooderham and Worts.
