Redemption Instructions

• Supplier will email your pickup time from cruise ship terminal after the booking is made. Overseas Passenger Terminal: Please wait outside the cruise terminal along the palm trees. Driver will be holding a "Go Sydney Shuttle" sign in his hand. If you can’t find the driver by the start of your pickup time, please call/SMS/WhatsApp our office on +61 434 844 020  White Bay Cruise Terminal: Please wait at the designated shuttle pickup area and look for a driver with a "Go Sydney Shuttle" sign. If you can’t find the driver by the start of your pickup time, please call/SMS/WhatsApp our phone on +61 434 844 020 • If you miss your scheduled pickup time, you will need to wait for the next available shuttle to arrive by contacting our office. It is your responsibility to notify us about any delays. • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable

Pickup Information

Supplier will provide your pickup time after your booking is made. Pickup time will be emailed a day before the travel date.
