Redemption Instructions

At Stonehenge now the Audio Guides are no longer available to purchase now you will have to go on to the App Store on Apple or Google Store to download the Stonehenge app for free which acts as an Audio Guide and internet access is not required to listen to the Audio Guide once is downloaded. Recommended to download before arriving at Stonehenge. If you are travelling with a cell phone please let us know the number before the travel date so the driver may communicate with you on the day. If for any reason you need to contact the office or cannot locate your driver please call our UK number on 02089355116.  This service includes 2 hours of viewing time (waiting time) at Stonehenge. If going beyond the 2 hours the additional charge is applicable, paid to the driver in cash on the day, £50 per hour for the Sedan and for the Minivan and the 8 Seater Van will be £60 per hour. Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. foldable wheelchairs, Walker) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator before travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. Suitcases size guide: big suitcase - 29x21x11 inches / 74x54x28 cm (25 kg to 55 lbs) and small suitcases (carry-on bag) - 22x14x9 inches / 56x36x23 cm. (15 kg to 35 lbs) By UK law, all luggage and other large equipment (e.g., foldable wheelchairs and Walkers) must not be placed in the seats and must be stored in the boot of the vehicle. Drivers will not risk this as they will incur points on their license if they are stopped and checked. If you're travelling with a collapsible wheelchair, please note this is counted as one piece of large luggage.

Pickup Information

Hotel Pickup, Please wait at the hotel lobby for collection at the set pickup time and just let the concierge or reception desk know, that you are waiting for a private transfer service the driver will make contact with the concierge or reception desk on his arrival. Private Address, The driver will make contact by ringing the doorbell and will be waiting as close as possible to the front door at the set pickup time.
