Comfortable Footwear: Comfortable shoes or sandals are recommended as you will be walking on uneven surfaces, rocky terrain and possibly climbing stairs during the tour. Sunscreen: Protect your skin from the sun by wearing sunscreen with a high SPF rating. Insect Repellent: Chichen-Itza is surrounded by lush greenery, and mosquitoes can be quite common, so bring insect repellent to protect yourself from bites. Towels and Swimming Suits: to swim in the cenote, it's recommended to bring a towel and a swimsuit. Cash: some cash with you for purchasing tickets, souvenirs, and any other incidentals that you may need. If you're staying in the Hotel Zone in Cancun, our hotel lobby serves as the meeting point for our tours. For those staying in downtown Cancun accommodations, we have several meeting points available, and for those in Isla Mujeres hotels, our meeting point is at Puerto Juarez Ultramar. We also offer pick-up from all-inclusive hotels in Riviera Maya, Akumal, and Tulum at no extra cost. If you're staying in Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen, Playacar, or Tulum, we have several meeting points available for your convenience. When making a booking, be sure to provide us with your hotel/accommodation details. Additionally, please contact the local supplier at least 48 hours prior to the tour to confirm your pick-up time. We want to ensure that your experience with us is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. By providing your accommodation details and confirming your pick-up time, we can ensure a seamless experience for you and your fellow travelers.
