Meeting and Pickup
Stanley Park Horse-Drawn Tour Departure Stations, right beside the Information Booth building, just inside the Georgia Street entrance to Stanley Park in Vancouver. Operating daily, departing approximately every 30-45 minutes, beginning at 10:00am (Mar 1 - Nov 30), and 10:30am Dec 1-15.
Redemption Instructions
PLEASE NOTE: Your Viator voucher is valid for ONE ride during the hours of our operation on the day of your booking. These hours are noted on your Viator voucher and our website at stanleypark.com. We depart approximately every 30-40 minutes. Tours operate on a first come, first served basis. We DO NOT take reservations for a specific departure time. In the peak season there might be some wait time after the lunch hours, and unfortunately, we are not be able to guarantee seats availability after 3:00PM. Therefore, we highly recommend planning your visit for the first part of the day, if possible. Check in at the Ticket Booth window first is REQUIRED (right beside the meeting point at 735 Stanley Park Drive). You will be placed on the next available tour and handed your boarding pass. You would NOT be able to get on the carriage without a boarding pass. There is no need to call Stanley Park Horse-Drawn Tours to reconfirm your booking. Operating schedule is subject to change due to demand, weather conditions and capacity restrictions.
