Meeting and Pickup
From Hwy. 29 take Trancas St./Redwood Rd. exit. Just off highway, go west on Redwood Rd., turn right at the light. Just past that turn, turn right into Park & Ride Lot (before Marriott Hotel on left & before bus area on right). We’ll meet you there in a mid-size SUV w/license plate: AWA TOUR.
Redemption Instructions
All participants must be adults of legal drinking age in California (21 years or older). By purchasing this ticket, you are certifying that all participants meet this age requirement. Prior to the tour date, we will also require each traveler to sign off on our Terms & Conditions | Liability Waiver.
Pickup Information
All tours are private (for your group only). We can pick you up at your lodging anywhere in our service area (in Sonoma Valley or Napa Valley). Includes the following cities/towns: (Sonoma Valley): Sonoma, Boyes Hot Springs, Glen Ellen and Kenwood. (Napa Valley): Napa, Yountville, Oakville, Rutherford, St. Helena and Calistoga. If you want to be picked up in Sonoma, we suggest booking a Sonoma Hike & Wine Tour. If you want to be picked up in Napa Valley, we suggest booking a Napa Hike & Wine Tour (see separate product listing). Extra charge applies for Cross-Valley Transport. If you are staying outside the service area: we can pick you up by SUV at a designated meeting point (parking lot) in either the city of Sonoma (recommended for Sonoma tours) or in the city of Napa (for Napa tours).
