Important instructions for our ticket delivery service and entry protocol for the St. Peter’s Basilica : • Ticket Validity: Clients must collect their tickets or arrange to meet at the designated address before the specified time indicated on the ticket. Failure to do so will render the ticket invalid. Please note that our ticketing system operates on a time-sensitive scanning process, and entry will not be possible after the specified time has elapsed. • Security Checkpoints: Upon arrival at the venue, clients must proceed through security checkpoints together as a group. If a ticket is scanned more than once by the security guard, it will be immediately invalidated. Therefore, we urge all clients to ensure they stay together and present their vouchers for simultaneous scanning at the entrance. • Responsibility Disclaimer: In the event of any issues encountered at the security checkpoints or within the venue premises, our company cannot be held liable. We have diligently delivered valid tickets to our clients, and any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control at the security checkpoints are not within our responsibility. • Dress Code: Entry to the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel is only allowed to visitors who are appropriately dressed.
