Pickup Information

IMPORTANT: This is a one-way airport transfer from/to PVG airport. Please select the right direction option!! Please provide your Pickup and Drop-off address in advance. We may contact you for extra charges if your address is out of the service area. Please provide your contact phone number or WhatsApp account when confirming the booking. We will contact you to confirm the pick-up details in advance. And we will arrange the driver one day in advance. We provide 7*24 customer service. For waiting time exceeding 30 minutes (for airport departure), a fee of 15 USD per hour will be charged For waiting time exceeding 60 minutes (for airport arrivals), a fee of 15 USD per hour will be charged Maximum one piece of luggage per person. The luggage size limitation is 24 inches. Oversized or extra luggage must be communicated in advance. We will arrange different vehicle types according to the number of passengers.
