Pickup Information

Our driver will wait at the pick-up point with your name written on the board 15 min after arrival time. The driver will then wait a further 15 minutes before leaving the port unless we are informed that there have been delays in passport and customs control or baggage area. That is a total of 30 minutes of free waiting time after the cruise has arrived. If the waiting time exceeds 30 minutes, the additional waiting time cost is payable in cash to the driver at the beginning or at the end of your transfer. Additional waiting time fees of £10 will apply for every 15 minutes, this rate includes waiting time for the driver and carpark fee. If after 45 minutes the customer cannot be contacted or does not respond, this will result in a customer no-show, and a refund will no longer be possible.
