Our professional driver will make every effort to contact you by telephone or via WhatsApp to ensure smooth and effortless communication upon your arrival. Should it not be possible to establish contact for any reason, please be assured that your pick-up will proceed as scheduled. Gatwick Airport Pick-Up: The driver will be present in the arrivals hall 45 minutes after your flight has landed, allowing sufficient time for immigration and baggage collection. You will be greeted with a personalised sign displaying your full name for easy identification. Southampton or Gatwick Hotel Pick-Up: The driver will meet you in the hotel lobby at the scheduled time. Please let us know your preferred pickup time by entering it in SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS BOX Southampton Cruise Terminal Pick-Up: The driver will be present at the cruise terminal at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time. He will be waiting at the cruise arraivals hall, holding a personalised sign with your name to ensure the meeting point is easily identifiable. Please let us know your preferred pickup time by entering it in SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS BOX In all cases, you may rest assured that our driver will assist with your luggage and ensure it is carefully loaded into the vehicle for your comfort and convenience.
