• Comfortable walking shoes are recommended. • The guide will meet you in your hotel lobby and identify themselves as ChileVive Tours staff. • Pickup time will be confirmed the evening before the tour. • Additional charges apply for airport-area hotels and locations outside the designated pickup areas. • Metro or Uber transportation, when required, is included. • Santa Lucía Hill is closed on Mondays; an alternative attraction will be visited instead. • Cable car tickets are included only with the San Cristóbal option.

Airport Area Hotels: Pickup from hotels located near Santiago International Airport (SCL) is available upon request and subject to availability. Please note that this service is not included in the standard tour price and has an additional charge of USD 15 per person. If you are staying near the airport, please contact us before booking to confirm availability and the applicable surcharge.
