• Comfortable walking shoes are recommended. • The guide will meet you in your hotel lobby and identify themselves as ChileVive Tours staff. • Pickup time will be confirmed the evening before the tour. • Additional charges apply for airport-area hotels and locations outside the designated pickup areas. • Metro or Uber transportation, when required, is included. • Santa Lucía Hill is closed on Mondays; an alternative attraction will be visited instead. • Cable car tickets are included only with the San Cristóbal option.

Pickup Information Hotel and Airbnb pickup is included for guests staying in the following areas of Santiago: * Santiago Downtown * Providencia * Las Condes * Vitacura Please provide your exact accommodation address when booking. If your hotel or Airbnb is located outside these areas, we will arrange a convenient nearby meeting point. For smooth communication before the tour, we recommend providing a phone number with WhatsApp access. Airport Area Hotels: Pickup from hotels located near Santiago International Airport (SCL) is available upon request and subject to availability. Please note that this service is not included in the standard tour price and has an additional charge of USD 15 per person. If you are staying near the airport, please contact us before booking to confirm availability and the applicable surcharge.
