Redemption Instructions

• What to wear / bring: Comfortable clothes, closed shoes, long thick socks, sunblock, hat, sunglasses, warm jacket in winter (dress warm in winter and bring a windbreaker/rain jacket). Water (min 1L pp). It is important to stay hydrate, especially in summer when it gets really hot at and on the dunes. There are no shops at the Dunes, only toilets. • Minimum numbers apply: There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative date or full refund

Pickup Information

We can pickup from any hotel, guesthouse, backpackers or street address within 10km radius of City Centre. We will confirm your exact pickup time with you the day before your trip. Pickup times are normally around 1 hour prior to activity start time.
