Redemption Instructions

The full itinerary for the Cruise Shared Ride pickups from central London or Heathrow airport hotel will be uploaded onto EC Minibus cruise shared ride service page 24 hours before the travel date.  The driver will pick you up directly from your hotel, a 30-minute pick-up time slot will be provided. Please visit: www.ecminibus.co.uk/cruise-shared-ride-service & click on the pick-up location, below departures from central London at the bottom of the page on your travel date to view the full pick-up itinerary.  The first pickup in Central London will start from 10:30 AM and from Heathrow Airport Hotels from 11.30 AM. The duration of the Journey is approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions, we aim to get all passengers to Southampton cruise terminal by 13:30 PM. If you are travelling with a cell phone please let us know the number before the travel date so the driver may communicate with you on the day. Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 Big suitcase - 29x21x11 inches / 74x54x28 cm (25 kg to 55 lbs) and 1 Small carry-on bag - 22x14x9 inches / 56x36x23 cm. (15 kg to 35 lbs) Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. foldable wheelchairs, Walker) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
