No pick up service: This option is ideal for those who have their own means of transport to reach the reservation. Schedules available: 9 : 00, 11 : 00, 13 : 00 and 14 : 00. For any time, it is important to be 30min early to check in.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

You must present the coupon that will be sent by WhatsApp and/or email 1 day before the activity. Likewise, the option will be given to take the coupon to your hotel, this to avoid confusion at the time of pick up Don't forget to show your ID to validate the reservation. Pickup Information

Pick up is not done in all hotels, it is important to verify when making the reservation. In the event that the operator cannot pick up at the place where the traveler is, a collection point will be assigned where the traveler must be 10 minutes before the assigned pick-up time.
