Arrive 20 minutes early so you have time to find the gate. We are not able to hold the boat for guests that are running late. Due to Coast Guard regulations, each person regardless of age MUST have a ticket. Extra person's regardless of age that arrive and put us over our passenger limit will be denied boarding. If you need to contact us by phone, our office hours are 12 p.m. until the sunset sail departure time. We are at sea most of the day and can't always answer the phone, but we will get back to you. For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Each person regardless of age MUST have a ticket due to strict Coast Guard regulations. This includes infants of any age. Extra person's regardless of age that arrive and put us over our passenger limit will be denied boarding.

We sail as scheduled in the event of light rain.

We are located at Safeharbor Sunroad Marina, 945 Harbor Island Dr. San Diego, CA 92109. We will meet at Gate 1 Docks A-D

We cannot guarantee seperate reservations will be on the same boat due to strict coast guard capacity safety rules. to ensure your entire party sails together, only make 1 reservation for your entire group.
