To keep your SIM active beyond 30 days, you must re-register in person at a Singtel Shop, Exclusive Retailer, or Singtel mRemit (Lucky Plaza #01-11) with a valid Singapore-issued ID or Work Pass.

If not re-registered, your SIM will be suspended after 30 days with no refund.

The person collecting and registering the SIM must be at least 15 years old.

A physical passport (for tourists) or NRIC (for Singaporeans) must be shown at redemption.
