Redemption Instructions
Please provide the following info for each participant: - Name - Height in cm - Weight in kg - Gender - Age - Are you able to swim? Please access the Manage My Booking portal at my.dive.is by typing your booking reference (DIV-###) and the name that appears on the booking. On the portal, you can sign your liability release waiver and your medical form. This is mandatory for every participant. If you need to change anything on your booking (date, time, number of participants), please contact Viator directly. A YES answer in Section 1 of the medical form means that the tour is unsuitable for the person. A YES answer in Section 2 means that they need to get our physician approval form signed off by their doctor. All participants above 60 years of age must have their doctor sign the approval form. If you haven't selected your pick up location yet, please visit busstop.is and type your accommodation address in the top search bar. Please send all missing information directly to dive@dive.is for faster processing, quoting your BR- or DIV- reference.

If you are staying outside of the central Reykjavik area, please send us a message and we will tell you where to meet us. Please note we don't operate pickups outside of Reykjavik.
