Redemption Instructions

• Hotel, accommodation details are required upon completion of booking in order to pre-arrange transfers to the embarkation marina - at least 24 hours prior to the day of the tour. Details to be provided through booking messaging service or email at reservations@santorinisailing.com. • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions • If you have not already specified, you MUST advise supplier as soon as possible your Ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and departure time so that appropriate arrangements can be made Hotel pickups commence approximately 30 - 60 minutes prior to this time, exact pickup time will be advised on reconfirmation. Times are subject to change due to local traffic conditions.
