Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
- 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date
Meeting and Pickup
8:00am departures meet at port, just beyond the dock. All other tours meet at our office inside Yukon Heath's Popcorn Emporium, a 10-20 minute walk from the docks. If you do not wish to walk, there are city shuttle buses to pick you up at the dock and bring you into town.
Redemption Instructions
• Please arrive at least 30 minutes your tour is set to depart • Please confirm that the length of the tour you have selected works with your all-aboard time • A valid passport is REQUIRED on the day of travel • U.S and Canadian Citizens: Must bring a government issued photo ID and proof of citizenship (U.S birth certificate or naturalization certificate) or a passport for re-entry to the United States. Children, ages 18 and under only require a birth certificate. Non-U.S. Citizens: Either a Passport, I-94, Multiple Entry Visa or Resident Alien Card is required for re-entry to the United States. • You MUST confirm and obtain any visa requirements prior to border crossing.
