Redemption Instructions

We aim to collect all guests staying in Bath and will collect you from your hotel/accommodation up to 30 minutes before the start of the tour.  Please be ready for collection at this time. If we are unable to collect you from your hotel/accommodation, we will contact you.  Similarly, please feel welcome to get in touch if you'd like to confirm your pick-up or would rather be collected from our central Bath pick-up point by the Visitor Information Center on Terrace Walk. Hotel pickups commence prior to this time Times are subject to change due to local traffic conditions. Hotel pickups commence prior to this time, you must contact the local service provider to verify your exact pickup time.

Pickup Information

We pick up from all central Bath locations, or can collect you from in front of the Abbey Hotel.
