Pickup Information

If you have selected the Pick Up option, please await our arrival in the hotel lobby or at the designated pickup point at your scheduled time. Our dedicated 24/7 customer support team is available to ensure seamless transfers and address any queries promptly. One day prior to your scheduled tour date, we will provide you with the pickup details via email or WhatsApp. Should you require further assistance, please feel free to contact us. In case your address is not listed within Dubai city limits on the location map, kindly specify it in the 'special requirements' section. PS: Kindly make sure your phone's data connection active or have a good WIFI at the time of pickup, if you do have an alternative number, please share with us to serve you better.
