Redemption Instructions

Starting Time: Please note that 09:30 is the starting time of the tour, not the pick-up time. Afternoon Option with Oia Sunset: For the afternoon tour including the Oia sunset, the starting time may vary according to the sunset schedule. As a reference, a typical starting time is around 15:30. Pick-up Information: We provide pick-up services for all passengers. If your hotel or villa is not accessible by car, a meeting point will be arranged at the nearest accessible location. If you are unable to find your accommodation in the system, please contact the supplier directly for assistance. The final pick-up itinerary is confirmed one day prior to the tour; you will receive an email with details the day before. Cruise Ship Passengers: Access from Santorini’s Old Port to Fira can involve significant and unpredictable delays due to tender operations, cable car queues, cruise traffic, and passenger-flow procedures determined by third parties. These conditions are outside our control. Cruise guests must meet us at the exit of the upper cable car station in Fira and should disembark as early as possible. As this is a scheduled small-group tour serving both cruise passengers and guests staying on the island, late arrivals may miss part of the itinerary.. Please read additional information section. Important Note: We do not offer pick-up or drop-off services from Athinios Port (the ferry terminal). Hotel pickup and drop-off are included from selected locations around Santorini. Please note that 09:30 or 15:30 is the starting time of the tour and not the actual pick up time, If your accommodation is located in a pedestrian area or inaccessible by vehicle, the nearest pickup point will be arranged. Pickup from Athinios Ferry Port is not available. Pickup starts approximately 30–45 minutes before departure depending on location.
