The meeting point is marked by a standee located on the right after the Security Control Centre on Level 2 of Sentosa Cove Arrival Plaza, Sentosa Cove Village. Address: 1 Cove Avenue Singapore 098537

Participants to arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. No on-site calls will be made to verify your arrival time, and we will depart based on the scheduled activity time. Consequently, latecomers or “No Show” guests will not be eligible for rescheduling or given refunds or credits.

Recommended for ages 3 to 70 (T&C apply), with no medical conditions or mobility restrictions, and able to sit independently throughout the ride.

Footwear to be remove before boarding.

In the event of inclement weather, guests are still required to be present at the meeting point, as sailing time may be delayed depending on weather and sea conditions.

This activity requires a minimum of 2 participants for it to proceed. Should the minimum number of participants not be reached, we will reach out to you in advance to arrange a rescheduling.

Guests who would like to join the activity with participants can do so if there is availability. Cash payments can be made at the meeting point.

Admission is not complimentary for any individual.

Participants who are unable to utilize the tickets due to bad weather conditions, will be given one month from the date of visit to reschedule. No refunds or credits will be issued.
