Redemption Instructions

The full itinerary for the Cruise Shared Ride pickups from Central London or Heathrow airport hotels will be uploaded onto the EC Minibus cruise shared ride service page 24 hours before the travel date. Please visit: www.ecminibus.co.uk/cruise-shared-ride-service & click on the pick-up location, below departures from central London at the bottom of the page on your travel date to view the full pick-up itinerary.  The first pickup in Central London will start from 10:30 AM and from Heathrow Airport Hotels from 11.30 AM with a 30-minute pickup slot will be provided. Please wait at the hotel lobby for collection and just let the concierge or reception desk know, that you are waiting for a transfer service, the driver will make contact with the concierge or reception desk on his arrival at the hotel. Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 Big suitcase - 29x21x11 inches / 74x54x28 cm (25 kg to 55 lbs) and 1 Small carry-on bag - 22x14x9 inches / 56x36x23 cm. (15 kg to 35 lbs) Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. foldable wheelchairs, Walker) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable If you are travelling with a cell phone please let us know the number before the travel date so the driver may communicate with you on the day. If for any reason you need to contact the office or cannot locate your driver please call our UK number on 0208 9355116. We aim to get all the passengers to Southhampton cruise terminals by 1:30 PM.
