The office is located in the centre of Puerto Calero Marina, 2 doors down from the Supermarket.
Redemption Instructions
WITH COACH TRANSFER - Your pick up time and your pick up point will be provided by message/email from Submarine Safaris. THE DIVE TIME IS NOT THE PICK UP TIME. WITHOUT COACH TRANSFER - Clients must check in and present their tickets at our reception centre in Puerto Calero 30 minutes before the dive time. Tickets will then be exchanged for boarding cards. Free parking is available. The dive time is not the meeting time.

We offer a daily bus service from Costa Teguise, Arrecife and Puerto del Carmen directly to us at Puerto Calero.
