For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

Tickets are not required to be presented for check-in. The Driver will have a list of all guests booked. Please call our friendly office team on 07 4658 3000 to discuss any dietary requirements or mobility concerns. We strive to accommodate our guests needs, but we must know these in advance and cannot make provision for dietary requests without prior notice.
