Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

Pick-up times are sent to you the day before the activity by WhatsApp or by email if your phone number is not available. Check your WhatsApp messaging and your mailbox. If you have not received anything 12 hours before the start of your activity, contact us, we will confirm the time of your pick-up. If you did not provide your pick-up address when booking, please remember to share it to us at least 24 hours before your activity start.

Pickup Information

Pick-up service available from your accommodation or any address in the city of Nice. Pickups start approximately 30 minutes before departure, the day before the activity we will share with you the exact pickup time.
