Pickup Information

Pick-up Information Hotel and Airbnb pick-up is included for guests staying in central areas of Santiago. Please provide your exact address when booking so we can coordinate your pick-up properly. Pick-up is available in the following areas: Santiago Downtown Providencia Las Condes Vitacura If your accommodation is located outside these areas, we will assign a nearby meeting point or inform you of any applicable surcharge. The exact pick-up time will be confirmed the evening before the tour, by 9:00 PM. To ensure smooth communication, we recommend providing a phone number with WhatsApp access when booking. As this tour includes cruise port drop-off and luggage transportation, please inform us in advance of the number of suitcases your group will bring so we can assign the most suitable vehicle.
